Ready To Ship (RTS) items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom items will be shipped 3-14 business days. Items that are RTS will have it notated in this description of the item.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS (depending on size of order). Tracking will be provided when your order is shipped.
Due to the majority of items being custom made, we do not accept returns. If you receive your order and something is wrong, please contact within 48 hours so we can make it right.
